Member of Technical Staff / Applied Scientist

We are looking for researchers and engineers who are passionate about innovating new approaches to develop the next generation of nature-inspired AI models! Ideal candidates have a strong drive to push the boundaries in areas like evolutionary computation, generative AI, open-endedness, collective intelligence, artificial life, and autonomous agents.

Candidates can demonstrate their expertise through noteworthy projects or publications related to AI. For those with academic backgrounds, we value publications in conferences and journals such as NeurIPS, ICLR, IJCAI, CVPR, ALIFE, and MLSys. Proficiency in writing high-quality code and contributing to open-source projects will be highly regarded.

While this role is based in India, flexible remote work arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates. Opportunities include 4-month internships, part-time researcher roles for graduate students, one-year research contracts, and full-time positions.

Applied Engineer

At Genesis AI Labs, we believe AI is the most transformative technology of this century. As an Applied Engineer, you will contribute to deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that address India’s unique challenges while advancing long-term AI development.

This is a full-time role based in India, requiring expertise in applied AI development. Experience working in data-driven decision-making, generative AI applications in industries such as finance, healthcare, or logistics, or developing customer-facing AI tools is highly desirable.

Candidates with experience in global tech firms, consulting roles, or companies focused on generative AI technologies will be given preference. A strong understanding of AI engineering practices and prompt engineering is an asset.

Information Technology Manager

We are seeking an IT professional to manage and expand our growing infrastructure. As an IT Manager, you will oversee systems administration, device management, and cybersecurity at Genesis AI Labs. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of handling various IT needs while implementing best practices in information security.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing accounts, devices, and cloud infrastructure.

• Implementing robust cybersecurity measures and risk management.

• Supporting compliance and IT audit processes.

Candidates must have experience in corporate IT administration and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Genesis AI Labs, you will bridge the gap between AI innovation and real-world applications, working closely with industry and government partners in India. You will help identify sustainable opportunities for AI-driven transformation across sectors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, consulting, or tech industry roles, with a strong passion for leveraging generative AI technologies. Experience working with Indian institutions and industries is essential.
